Restaurateur Brian Bennett has a lifetime of experience in the food hospitality industry. His most recent venture was Paul Martin’s American Grill, which he has grown to 11 successful sites. Brian carries over his vast array of diverse food and wine offerings to Bennett’s kitchen•bar•market, an exciting new Roseville, CA restaurant concept featuring premium-quality dishes, a wine cellar and bar, patio dining, and more.
Brian also has extensive wine knowledge that stems from his passion and palate for pairing great dishes with exceptional wines. For the past three consecutive years, he has been a judge at the Los Angeles International Wine Competition. Brian has proudly hand-selected wines from some of his favorite regions around the globe to share with Bennett’s patrons. It is his love of wine that has inspired us to offer all of our wines by the glass, the bottle, and available for purchase to take home.

Corey Bellanger is a talented local chef who strives to create simple, flavorful, regionally inspired dishes. He’s a hands-on creative chef who has a love for baking, especially breads. Come sample some of his original focaccia bread creations.
Brian and the Bennett’s team are excited to introduce the concept of high-quality, fresh, simple ingredients used in enticing meals to be enjoyed in our dining room or picked up from our express market and taken home to share. You will find diverse offerings, ranging from a 24 oz. hand-cut porterhouse steak for two to vegetarian enchiladas, vegan house-made ramen, and wheat-free meatballs.
